Adams County Fruit Growers Association

The mission of the Adams County Fruit Growers Association is to promote the fruit industry of Adams County by initiating and supporting promotional programs, supporting and encouraging educational programs, growing and marketing research and development projects, and any other programs or projects that shall be of benefit to the Adams County fruit industry.

We serve this mission through several annual events.  We host a grower educational meeting on President's Day to keep our community informed on best practices in growing fruit, labor management, and food safety.  We host a promotional event in the community to celebrate the bounty of our annual harvest and connect the residents of Adams County with the great growers and food right down the road.  At the end of the season we have an event to bring the grower community together.  And each year we have a banquet to honor one outstanding member of the grower community.
